Giveaway: The Immortal Rules by Julie Kagawa

In a future world, vampires reign. Humans are blood cattle. And one girl will search for the key to save humanity."Allison Sekemoto survives in the Fringe, the outermost circle of a vampire city. By day, she and her crew scavenge for food. By night, any one of them could be eaten.

Some days, all that drives Allie is her hatred of "them." The vampires who keep humans as blood cattle. Until the night Allie herself is attacked--and given the ultimate choice. Die...or become one of the monsters.

Faced with her own mortality, Allie becomes what she despises most. To survive, she must learn the rules of being immortal, including the most important: go long enough without human blood, and you will go mad.

Then Allie is forced to flee into the unknown, outside her city walls. There she joins a ragged band of humans who are seeking a legend--a possible cure to the disease that killed off most of humankind and created the rabids, the mindless creatures who threaten humans and vampires alike.

But it isn't easy to pass for human. Especially not around Zeke, who might see past the monster inside her. And Allie soon must decide what--and who--is worth dying for.

I have recently received a copy of The Immortal Rules by Julie Kagawa to giveaway (thanks to the publisher). So here we are. But before that, check out the awesome trailer for it!

  1. I would probably go to school all over the world. Learn different languages and cultures.

  2. I would probably try to earn a lot of money first. Once I become a billionaire, I would become an anonymous benefactor for random charities.

  3. I feel like a lot of people are going to say this... but I would love to just read (and travel.) Sometimes there's just not enough time in the day for me to read and well... not enough time in the day to make enough money to go to all of the countries I want to go to :P.

  4. Reading and music are my passions so I'd love to have time just to read. Also, I would love to be able to play more than the three instruments I play now, so I would take lessons on every instrument that interests me. :D

  16. If I were immortal, the first thing I would do would be to become a martial arts master. All of them. That will take me quite some time. I do need to learn how to defend myself. Immortal pain is not something I want to suffer.

  17. Hmm. If I were Immortal I would...want to learn as much as possible I think. Learn different cultures and languages, fix things throughout the world, learn medicine to help people, travel the world and see everything. I don't think I would ever run out of things to do. I could read and read and read!

  18. I would travel everywhere, recording how the culture changes.
