Oscar Winner, The Fantastic Flying Books of Mr. Morris Lessmore
As most of you already know, if you watched the Oscars, the winner of Best Animated Short was called The Fantastic Flying Books of Mr. Morris Lessmore. It was amazing. So I thought since it had to do with books AND because it's just flat out amazing, I'd post it here for all those who've yet to see it to watch. Enjoy!
What'd you guys think? It totally deserved to win an Oscar. I loved the meaning behind the story too. To me it meant that even if some crisis or event turns your life upside down, you're still the one writing your life story and can control whether you let it define and control you OR if you use it to make you stronger and help others that are going through the same thing. Overall, I thought it was so beautifully done and am even more proud to be a booklover after watching.
